Linux Engineer Initial 3-month Contract Remote with infrequent travel to Surrey £500 - £600, Inside IR35 We're looking for a Linux Engineer with strong Red Hat Enterprise Linux experience to support a short-term deployment and implementation programme for an enterprise environment. Key responsibilities: Deploying and implementing Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments Supporting build, configuration and handover into BAU Working from agreed designs and implementation runbooks Troubleshooting OS-level issues during deployment and go-live phases Collaborating with infrastructure, network and security teams Required experience: Strong hands-on Linux engineering experience in enterprise environments Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) - essential Proven experience delivering RHEL deployments and implementations Solid understanding of system configuration, patching and hardening Comfortable working independently in a delivery-focused contract roleECS Recruitment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
