Customer Success Administrator Belfast | Hybrid Working £28,000-£34,000 Artemis Human Capital is partnering with a leading FMCG business experiencing significant growth and looking to add a Customer Success Administrator to its high-performing team.

As a key member of the customer service and export administration team, you'll play an integral role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from order receipt through to delivery.
You'll work closely with both internal teams and international customers, managing documentation, coordinating shipments and ensuring compliance with international trade requirements.
This is a varied role offering plenty of responsibility and the chance to develop your expertise within a successful and expanding business.
Key responsibilities Coordinate customer orders from initial enquiry through to successful completion and invoicing.
Prepare and manage export, logistics and shipping documentation for global customers.
Handle trade finance documentation, including Letters of Credit, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Build strong relationships with customers, freight partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth order and delivery process.
Ensure all export activities meet international trade regulations and customs requirements.
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of product registration documentation.
Monitor operational performance, maintain reporting metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes.
Deliver a high standard of customer support while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for someone who brings: At least 2 years' experience within export administration or international logistics.
Strong knowledge of international trade documentation.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.
Experience within the FMCG, manufacturing or export sectors would be highly advantageous, along with additional language skills.
