Senior Buyer - Key Responsibilities Will Include: Taking responsibility for intricate accounts and strategic procurement activities. Negotiating effectively with suppliers to secure optimal terms and value. Developing and managing robust, efficient supply chains. Managing day-to-day procurement operations with a focus on metrics and performance. Challenging technical teams and holding suppliers accountable to ensure quality and delivery. Actively identifying and onboarding new suppliers to enhance capabilities and drive cost savings. Senior Buyer - Who We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated "all-rounder" with a proactive approach. You should possess: Proven experience as a Procurement Buyer. Strong understanding of ERP systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – a true "people person." A metrics-driven mindset with a focus on results. An understanding of low-cost sourcing strategies. Experience in supply chain management. The ability to identify and escalate issues effectively. While not essential, technical expertise in engineering drawings would be a distinct advantage.
