Site Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join an expanding specialist façade contractor. The company focus on remediation and multi-million-pound cladding regeneration contracts throughout the UK. The role: Creation, management and monitoring of specified part/s of project plan and associated budget/s. • Management of foremen and other site / block specific sub-contract on-site. • Working closely with Commercial, Design & Quality and Health & Safety departments. • Ensure all works are carried out to the highest safety standard and in accordance with RAM’s. • Ensure works are completed to construction drawing and specifications. • Ensure works are completed to programme and deadlines. • Prepare weekly and monthly client reports and issued to PM. The candidate: Façade/EWI experience is essential. • Minimum 4 years previous experience. Technical – ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification/experience in constructionrelated discipline • CSCS card • Site Managers Safety SMSTS • Asbestos awareness • Scaffold awareness; mobile tower scaffold PASMA • Manual handling • Fire awareness • DBS checked as required for specific projects.
