An established UK law firm with a strong national presence and growing international reach is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Manchester. The Role

You will work on a broad mix of corporate transactional matters, including:

\t
Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)

Joint ventures

Private equity transactions

Drafting and negotiating key corporate documents (including SPAs, shareholders’ agreements and articles of association)

You will also play a role in client relationship management and business development, contributing to seminars, articles, and wider marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Advising clients on a range of corporate law matters

Managing matters effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations

Drafting clear, commercially focused legal documentation

Supporting on complex transactions as part of a wider team

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

About You

\t
Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 3 - 5 years’ PQE in corporate law

Experience advising on M&A and general corporate transactions

Strong drafting and technical legal skills

Commercially aware with a proactive and client-focused approach

Excellent communication and team xwzovoh collaboration skills
