Support Worker (Agency Shifts)

Austin Dean Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Care Workers to support Older People’s Short Stay Services within Adult Social Care & Health in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of older adults living with dementia and frailty, whilst working within a supportive and professional care environment. Care Worker – Older People’s Services / Agency shifts 📍 Deal, Kent 💷 Competitive Hourly Rates 🕒 Flexible Shifts Available The Role You will provide high-quality social, emotional, physical and personal care to older adults, promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times. You will support individuals with dementia and frailty to regain and maintain their independent living skills through person-centred care and rehabilitation-focused support.
