About the role
Tarmac is recruiting an HR Manager to support Aberthaw Cement Plant and the South operations. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver a proactive, commercially focused and people‑centred HR service across a diverse workforce in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
The role covers employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, learning and development, engagement and change programmes, while ensuring compliance with UK employment law and constructive relationships with Trade Unions.
