What you’ll be doing
* Managing daily cash listings and banking administration
* Supporting sales and purchase ledger processes
* Completing bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently
* Assisting with month-end sales ledger procedures
* Processing client transfers and file uploads
* Handling DSAR requests
* Coordinating and delegating tasks across the team
* Supporting with ad hoc administration tasks as required
* Managing workloads effectively within a busy office environment
Must haves
* Previous experience within client administration or finance administration
* Intermediate or above knowledge of Xero
* Strong Excel skills
* Excellent organisation and time management
* High attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
* Strong communication skills
* Experience reconciling accounts
* Positive, proactive, team-focused attitude
Nice to haves
* Experience working within a financial or collections environment
* Confidence learning new in-house systems quickly
* Previous experience supporting or coordinating team workloads
Additional information
This role is fully office based in Cheltenham
Hours are 37.5 per week
Successful candidates will be subject to DBS and credit checks due to the nature of the business
