About The Role

We are looking for an AI / Machine Learning Engineer to build and operate production‑grade AI systems, with a strong focus on agentic workflows, model deployment, and MLOps practices. The role involves taking AI solutions from concept to production, ensuring they are scalable, observable, and reliable. You will work at the intersection of machine learning, LLM‑based systems, and software engineering, building intelligent services that run in real‑world environments. Our team values agile principles of openness, transparency, and continuous improvement, and we provide opportunities to explore new technologies, innovate, and grow as an engineer.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and implement agentic workflows, including multi‑step and stateful AI pipelines.
  • Build systems that leverage large language models (LLMs) for reasoning, orchestration, and automation.
  • Build and expose AI capabilities through APIs and backend services.
  • Operate and support AI systems running on‑premise and in the cloud.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering best practices.
  • Deliver demos and knowledge transfers to stakeholders around product developments.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Background in machine learning and applied AI engineering.
  • Experience building agent‑based or agentic AI systems.
  • Hands‑on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Experience writing code according to software engineering best practice.
  • Proficiency in an object‑oriented or functional programming language.
  • Knowledgeable in software version control with Git or SVN.
  • Experience with cloud technologies on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Practical experience with building on AWS.
  • Experience deploying ML or statistical models into production environments.
  • Experience with MLOps concepts and tooling.
  • Python programming experience.

Our Package

We offer a comprehensive range of benefits to support your growth, wellbeing, and everyday life. You can tailor the package to suit your lifestyle. Core benefits include:

  • 10% on target annual bonus.
  • Access to an online private GP 24/7 for you and your immediate family.
  • Market‑leading paid carers leave up to 2 weeks off.
  • Equalized maternity, paternity, and adoption leave – 18 weeks full pay and 8 weeks half pay.
  • Discounted EE and BT products, including mobile and broadband.
  • Market‑leading pension scheme – 5% from you and 10% from us.
  • Holiday purchase scheme.

You can select additional benefits such as healthcare, dental, gym memberships, and more when you’re ready.
