HGV Class 2 Driver – Removals | Edinburgh | £17.00-18.00/hour DOE| Permanent Position Are you an experienced and reliable HGV Class 2 Driver looking for a new permanent opportunity? We are currently hiring on behalf of a well established removals company based in Edinburgh, offering immediate starts and competitive pay. Position Details: *Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver – Removals *Location: Edinburgh *Contract Rate: £17.00-18.00 per hour DOE *Employment Type: Temp2Perm *Start Date: Immediate Key Responsibilities: *Drive Class 2 vehicles for household and commercial removals *Assist with loading and unloading furniture and goods (manual handling required) *Provide excellent customer service on site *Ensure safe transport and secure handling of items *Complete both local and long distance UK wide jobs (occasional overnight stays may be required) Requirements: *Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence *Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tacho Card *New passes welcome as long as they know basics how to use tachograph *Physically fit and capable of manual handling/lifting *Previous removals or multi-drop experience preferred but not essential *Strong work ethic, punctual, and professional attitude What’s on Offer: *Competitive hourly rate between £17.00-18.00 per hour, depending on experience. *Permanent, secure role with career progression opportunities Interested?
