IBM MQ Specialist – z/OS Platform

IBM MQ Specialist – z/OS Platform Contract role (Inside IR35) in Edinburgh, Scotland- Hybrid 2/3 days /week onsite. Key Skills: IBM MQ on z/OS, Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Jira Requirement: * Proficient with IBM MQ on z/OS.- Knowledge how to configure and administer MQ in the z/OS platform. * Installation, patching, configuring, and problem determination for IBM MQ on z/OS. * Experience and capability in dealing with vendors for problem / incident determination. * Use of SSL and management within the MQ environment. * Proficient in data transfer to and from host systems. * Configuring security, defining Queue Sharing Groups, gathering and analysing statistics and accounting data for performance tuning. * Troubleshooting/Performance Tuning of Message Queue applications. * Provide 24x7 on call support in addition to support out of hour changes as and when required
