Store Manager Designate — Lead a Busy Scottish Convenience Store
About the role
One O One Convenience Stores, the retail division of The Scotsman Group, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Milton store. You will drive customer service, staff training, stock control and KPI achievement in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of retail management, a proven ability to manage teams, and strong communication and numeracy skills. A hands-on leader who can multitask and set high standards is essential.
