Food Production Operative

We are looking for Food Production Operatives for our client based in Milton Keynes! It's Temp to Perm position Shift: * Rotation Days 06:00-18:00 and Nights 18:00-06:00 * Sunday to Tuesday and Sunday to Wednesday * Wednesday to Saturday and Thursday to Saturday * 7 days running operation, so you must be able to work during the weekends. Pay: * Days £12.80 per hour * Nights £10.00 per hour * Overtime £19.21 per hour Responsibilities * Operate and monitor food production machinery to ensure efficient processing. * Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP protocols. * Measure and mix ingredients accurately, utilizing basic math skills. * Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. * Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain quality control. * Report any issues or discrepancies in production to supervisors promptly.
