Job Description:
Role and Eligibility Criteria
- To Ensure the sales team achieves their agreed Monthly Sales Budget, club closing membership count and net gain through profitable and sustainable growth.
- Drive and lead a team of Membership consultants to club sales budget.
- Drive and lead your Member retention consultant to desired Leaver goals and net gain.
- Have a keen eye on Retention delivered through excellent customers’ service to all club members and non-members.
- Drive new memberships sales daily, weekly and monthly.
- Lead Generation activity driven and focused.
- Target and goal driven.
- Effectively deal with members queries and is solution oriented.
- Positive and “can do” mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Team handling management and skills.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.
