We are seeking a top performing Regional Group Exercise Manager for the UAE region.

Job Description

Position Overview:

The  Regional GX Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving Group Exercise (GX) performance, operational excellence, and service quality across assigned clubs within the region. This position acts as the critical link between club-level operations and corporate strategy, ensuring seamless implementation of GX programs while fostering innovation, talent development, and brand-aligned service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support driving performance, training, and member growth across Group Exercise for assigned clubs.
  • Work closely with coaches/instructors to fully support GX, member engagement, and program innovation.
  • Ensure successful implementation of all GX product rollout plans, including new class formats, signature programs, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Partner with the Product Development team to support training and development plans for GX offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Academy to recommend coaches and GX instructors for ongoing education, certifications, and upskilling.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks and audits across the GX departments to ensure consistent service excellence.
  • Lead by example and embody brand values through exceptional execution and member‑centric service.
  • Manage and align regular training, workshops, and skill upgrades GX instructors.
  • Actively participate in hiring, onboarding, and supporting the lateral growth of top GX talent.
  • Coordinate with in‑club and central teams to deliver monthly GX targets.
  • Work with the Academy on training initiatives for GX teams.
  • Maintain an atmosphere of positivity, collaboration, and solution‑oriented thinking across all GX teams.
  • Lead teams to identify new GX program opportunities and specialists within the region.
  • Keep teams updated on developments in GX, wellness, and related fields, analyzing their potential business impact.
  • Recommend business initiatives that enhance GX performance.
  • Identify GX needs within FF MENA, ensuring internal innovation and external resources are maximized.
  • Reinforce the importance of service excellence at every opportunity.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages team building, continuous learning, and professional development.
  • Ensure Landmark & Fitness First values are practiced in all aspects of work.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Education

  • Graduate or equivalent Education, specializing in Physical Education
  • Internationally recognized Group Exercise Certification, Les Mills etc.

Language

  • English – Mandatory
  • Arabic – Beginner / intermediate

Job Experience

  • 6 - 8 years of relevant experience.

Technology

  • Basic MS office, Excel and PPT
