As we operate Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 8:00pm, flexible working arrangements, part-time roles, and job share opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities
Performing venepuncture and blood collection safely and efficiently
Ensuring patient comfort and delivering excellent patient care throughout procedures
Correctly labelling, handling, and processing samples
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Adhering to infection prevention, health & safety, and clinical governance procedures
Preparing clinical rooms and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels
Supporting clinicians and wider healthcare staff where required
Managing patient appointments and maintaining professionalism at all times
Requirements
Previous phlebotomy experience essential
Recognised phlebotomy training/certification preferred
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work confidently with patients of all ages
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Professional, calm, and compassionate manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible availability across clinic opening hours

Desirable Skills
Experience within a private healthcare or GP setting
Reception xwzovoh or administrative experience advantageous
Knowledge of clinical systems and patient management software
