About the role
We are recruiting for Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to join our expanding team based at our site in Barton-Upon-Humber. This role consists solely of afternoon shifts: four 10-hour shifts, Monday to Thursday, from 15:00 to 01:30.

To carry out planned and reactive maintenance
Fault finding, PLC, troubleshooting and maintaining, repairing conveyor systems, equipment and plant using all engineering disciplines to ensure minimum lost production time
To follow up any faults picked up on PPMs
Take ownership for working area; monitor key maintenance KPI's such as breakdowns and have a strong service-department mind set towards the operation s
Keep and maintain all company issued tools in a safe and serviceable manner
To proactively work towards the continued success and support of the business with a can-do attitude
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
Desired Skills and Knowledge: Minimum Level xwzovoh 3 Qualification in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering (Required)
18th Edition with valid IEE regulations (Desirable)
Welding/Fabricating experience (Desirable)
Understanding of PLC systems (Desirable)
An ability to work well under pressure
Excellent technical skills and knowledge
Problem solving and team working skills
